Asian Style Brussels Sprouts
My younger daughter loves Brussels Sprouts. People were astonished in the produce store when they heard my little 4 year old asking if we could get Brussels sprouts for dinner!
Brussels Sprouts contain the most Vitamin C of all the vegetables. Vitamin C is necessary for collagen production in our bodies. Collagen keeps our skin firm and wrinkle free.
