These little pots of Jesse's Girl Pure Pigment Eye Dust give you lots of glitz!
I love glitter dust for proms, holiday time, parties and at the beach. It can be a mess to apply leaving glitter fall out everywhere. I have some tips to help you apply it with as little mess as possible.
Eye Glitter Application Tips:
Preemptive Strike
First, apply a good layer translucent face powder to your under eye and cheekbone area to help with fallout removal later. Flecks of eye dust tend to fall onto the cheekbone during application.Prime
Apply Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer to hold the glitter on. It's the best for grabbing onto glittery shadows!
Application
Sprinkle a bit of dust into the lid of the pot. Use it to dip your finger in. Apply eye dust with your fingers pressing it onto your eyelids. If you use an eye shadow brush or a shadow applicator, more flecks will fall on your cheeks than with finger application.
The dust goes on sheer for a subtle glimmer. I like to layer it over a metallic eye shadow for a super glimmer!
Clean up
Use a powder brush dipped in a little translucent face powder to whisk any flecks of glitter fallout that have fallen onto your cheeks.
This is one of my favorite tricks...use tape to remove any leftover glitter flecks.
Apply mascara.
Now your are ready to sparkle all night long!
Have a Beautiful Day!
