Water infused with fruit and herbs is all the rage. It's cool, refreshing and has good for you vitamins too. I saw this recipe for Fat Flush Water. Does it flush fat? I don't know, but it sounds good! It will surely keep you well hydrated which is great for your skin.
Drink at least three 8 oz. glasses per day. It becomes more flavorful the longer it sits. They say, try it for 10 days.
Fat Flush Water
24 oz water
3 slices of grapefruit
3 tangerines
1 1/2 cucumbers
6 peppermint leaves
Ice
Wash grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber and peppermint leaves well. Slice cucumber and grapefruit. You can also slice the tangerines or peel and section them. Gently crumple the peppermint leaves to release their oils. Combine water, fruits and mint into a large pitcher and add ice. Makes 3 servings.
